- Have some years of work experience as a lawyer / associate

- Are service minded and professional with good execution abilities

- Have an interest in international employment law and cross-border assignments
- Are good with people regardless of geographical and cultural differences
- Are a good and result oriented driving force
- Are structured, systematic, accurate and accountable
- Are agile and flexible with opportunities to also travel outside Europe
- Have strong written and oral English communication skills (fluent in English)
