Littler Norway is a brand name of Littler advokatfirma AS, which is a limited liability partnership registered in Norway with registered number 990631034. Our registered office and principal place of business is at Akersgata 28, 0158 Oslo, Norway. The word “partner” is used to refer to a member of Littler advokatfirma AS or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications and to a partner, member, employee or consultant in any affiliated business who has equivalent standing. We are authorised and regulated by the Norwegian Supervisory Council for Legal Practice («Tilsynsrådet for advokatvirksomhet»), the Norwegian Courts of Justice Act Chapter 11 and the Regulations for Attorneys («Advokatforskriften»). All references on this website to "we", "us", "our", "Littler Norway" should be read as referring to Littler advokatfirma AS.
We are registered for VAT purposes and our VAT registration number is 9900631034VAT.
Littler Global
Littler Norway is part of Littler Global, which is a Swiss verein that does not itself provide legal or other client services. All legal services are provided through independent members of Littler Global. We provide services in relation to Norwegian law only. We use the terms “Littler” or “Littler Global” as the collective name for the international legal practice which operates through each of the member firms. Conflict Database
We maintain a conflicts database that includes details of the name of our client, the nature of the matter and the names of any adverse parties. We also provide these details to Littler Mendelson PC (a member of Littler Global) to allow them to operate our global conflicts database and this involves the transfer of personal data to the USA under the terms of a model agreement. This information is typically retained by us and Littler Mendelson PC for 10 years after the relevant client ceases to be a client of us. This information is processed for the purpose of our complying with our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in ensuring that we remain aligned with the commercial interests of our clients.
