We are excited to share the results of Littler’s 2nd annual European Employer Survey Report, launching today at Littler’s European Employer Conference in London.
The survey – completed by 572 in-house counsel and HR professionals – shows European employers navigating a variety of legal, social and equality-related issues impacting their workplaces. Some of the key findings include:
- The vast majority of respondents are taking steps to support the mental health of employees to retain talent, reduce workplace stress and promote productivity.
- In comparison to the 2018 survey, European employers are taking greater action to address equal pay and combat workplace sexual harassment.
- Despite the uncertainty surrounding the UK’s looming exit from the EU, a surprising portion of respondents feel prepared for Brexit’s employment-related impacts.
We hope you find the survey findings informative, and a special thanks to those who participated.
