Nina Elisabeth Thjømøe
Nina Thjømøe has a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo and an LLM in commercial law from Queen Mary, University of London.
Thjømøe works with employment law, company law and general commercial law. She assists small and large businesses and employees on all levels. She works with both individual and collective employment law. Her experience includes assistance in dismissals, negotiation of termination agreements, issues related to working hours and health and safety, and day-to-day HR advice.
In addition, Thjømøe has significant experience with restructuring and work force reductions, where she assists the clients in planning and implementing the process, in close collaboration with the company’s management.
Throughout her career, Thjømøe has been assisting both Norwegian and international businesses with, amongst other, issues related to international employment law and corporate immigration.
