Kamilla joined the firm in 2025 and works with employment and labour law and general business law. She has a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo and graduated from the University of Oslo in autumn 2024.

During her studies, Marthinsen worked with employment and labour law issues in several law firms. She has also studied English employment and labour law as part of her exchange stay at the University of Glasgow.

Marthinsen wrote her master's thesis on income taxation of synthetic shares and options in employment. Through this work, she has built up expertise in the design of incentive schemes.
