
Kamilla Arneberg Ottesen
Kamilla Arneberg Ottesen joined Littler as a full-time trainee in February 2026 and is awaiting authorization as an associate lawyer.
Ottesen primarily works with employment law and data protection, and also assists international clients with residence permit applications in connection with employment in Norway. During her studies, she completed several traineeships with a particular focus on employment law and data protection, and she took advanced electives in these subjects.
While working on her master’s thesis, she was employed as a research assistant at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. Her thesis addressed the framework conditions in the 2023 Renewable Energy Directive, written at a time when the regulatory regime was undergoing significant development. These experiences have given her a robust ability to navigate and apply a complex body of international legal sources.
